قالب سيلكون لبيستري

Product description:

Eclipse 1000 silicone mold by Silikomart Professional to make an essential, sinuous cake with a rounded shape throughout its surface. The Eclipse differs from all the other molds because it has two extremely flexible silicone parts, designed to greatly simplify the demolding phase and to reduce production times during processing. Particularly suitable for use in blast chillers for making ice cream cakes, semi-freddos and mousses, Eclipse is equally suitable for preparations that require the use of the oven.
