Delivery & Shipping Policy
This Delivery & Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through the website operated by BASE & MIX GENERAL TRADING L.L.C, a company incorporated and licensed in the United Arab Emirates under commercial license number 698939, with its registered address at Sharjah, Industrial Area 18, Humaid AL Qatami building (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). This policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the shipment and delivery of orders purchased through our website.
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 48 business hours from order confirmation. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by one additional day. Please allow additional days for delivery transit. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout where applicable.

Express Delivery
Available for an additional charge, which will be displayed at checkout. Delivery is typically 6–24 business hours inside Dubai/Sharjah and 24–48 business hours to the Northern Emirates and Abu Dhabi/Al Ain from order confirmation.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email after 24 hours starting from the time you place your order. This email will allow you to track your order once it has been dispatched.
Damages

We encourage you to inspect the order upon delivery.
If your order is lost in transit, please contact us within 24–48 hours following the expected delivery date, or within a reasonable time after discovery in accordance with applicable UAE consumer protection laws, so that we may investigate the matter with the courier service provider.
Payment Transactions
Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
Delivery Address Accuracy
It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. Any issues arising from an incorrect or incomplete address may result in delayed delivery and/or additional charges. No additional charges shall apply where the failure to deliver is not attributable to you.
Undeliverable Orders
If the delivery driver is unable to reach you due to incorrect contact information, you being unavailable, or any other issue, the delivery will be rescheduled. If you cannot be contacted after multiple attempts, the order may be returned to us, and additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery.
Holiday & Special Event Deliveries
During holidays or special events, delivery times may be longer due to high demand or local closures. Please allow additional time for delivery during these periods.
Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any delay or failure in delivery resulting from a Force Majeure event, including, without limitation, natural disasters, strikes, labor disputes, government actions or restrictions, transportation or logistical disruptions, wars, pandemics, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In the event of a Force Majeure, delivery times may be extended, and we will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any anticipated delays.
Governing Law
This Delivery & Shipping Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising in connection with this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
